Time to get up!
Alarm goes off and you have to get the kids ready for school, make lunches, dress yourself and put on a little makeup, make breakfast, get the kids to school and your inbox is already showing that little red dot signaling you have 50 notifications, reminding you that there’s no end in sight to your “to-do” list just for today. You’re supposed to go grocery shopping, attend the PTA meeting, give the dogs a bath, and make a somewhat healthy dinner, but at this point you probably won’t have dinner and will grab fast-food for the rest of the family.
The pressure is high to get everything done AND stay healthy, and suddenly you notice your neck is killing you from sleeping wrong the past few days or maybe the front that is moving in or probably just stress from all the stuff you need to do.
Your normal fix would be to pop a couple of ibuprofen and hope they kick in. Fast. But what if there’s a way to avoid the stress and keep pain from coming on in the first place?
